The Office of Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity (CREO) serves the 黑料门 (DU) community by fostering an environment of equal opportunity, equity and anti-discrimination.
We do this by facilitating compliance with Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, Equal Pay, Age Discrimination in Employment,听ADA and Section 504, VEVRAA, USERRA, GINA, as well as other applicable federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.
Our team also investigates claims of discrimination on the basis of an individual鈥檚 actual or perceived race, color, national origin (including shared ancestry or ethnic characteristics), ancestry, age, religion, creed, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions (in employment), genetic information (in employment), citizenship or immigration status (in employment), military enlistment, or veteran status.
