We'll celebrate the launch of our program at a Friday evening happy hour and then dive into content at an intensive, two-day weekend workshop. Please find more information about our orientation events below. *Reminder: Your participation in the orientation weekend events on Sept. 20th and 21st is mandatory for the completion of the certificate program.

Program Requirements
This is a non-degree, non-credit program. Upon completion of the program, you will receive an Executive Certificate in Affordable Housing from the ºÚÁÏÃÅ.Ìý

In-Person Participation at Two Residencies:Ìý
In-person participation at both the Orientation (September 20-21, 2025) and the Capstone (June 6-7, 2026) is mandatory for completion of the certificate program and cannot be made-up. These events will take place at the ºÚÁÏÃÅ's campus in ºÚÁÏÃÅ, Colorado.

Pre-work for each class:Ìý
Pre-work should take no more than 2 hours each week and will include viewing multi-media presentations and limited reading. It may also include periodic quizzes and evaluations that help measure the program’s success.ÌýÌý
Ìý
Substantial participation (75% attendance) in each of the remaining online modules.Ìý
Specifically, we expect every participant not to miss more than one synchronous online class per module. These synchronous classes will be held online on Wednesdays from 6-8 PM (MST) on the dates listed above.
If necessary, participants will be allowed an additional year to make up any incomplete/missed online modules.Ìý
