Lynn Lowe is a senior resource navigator for the City and County of ºÚÁÏÃÅ, City Attorney's Office. In her role, she works with ºÚÁÏÃÅ Police Department’s Special Victims Unit by serving victims of abuse, self-neglect and financial exploitation, who are over 60. She’s currently focused on sharing scam trends and techniques with the public.
