The purpose of Well-being Goalkeeper assignment is to provide students with an opportunity to assess their well-being, set goals, and create a reflective tool to support them in working toward greater thriving.

Through engaging in this exercise, students will be able to:听

Identify well-being goals based on assessment and reflection
Create and use a reflective tool that will support them in working toward their well-being goals
Reflect on challenges associated with working toward well-being goals and means of addressing those difficulties

Generally, the assignment includes students following the below steps through writing a reflection paper and creating a well-being goalkeeper (e.g., vision board, online photobook, video montage, creative performance).
